Lobster & Mascarpone Lemon Sauce Pasta
By Samantha Hemingway
Mascarpone Lemon Sauce Pasta is one of my favorite dishes! It’s simple to make and filled with lots of flavors. When I think of seafood, I think of lemon. I decided to combine lobster and mascarpone lemon sauce, and it didn’t disappoint.
Mascarpone (mahs-car-POH-nay) is made from only two ingredients - whole cream and citric or tartaric acid (to thicken the cream). The process is simple enough that some people make it at home. Most of us know mascarpone from those great Italian desserts filled with soft cheese.
