All of our lobster tails are harvested fresh from the ocean and hand prepared. Fast frozen, and carefully inspected prior to shipping, they arrive on your doorstep in perfect quality and ready to cook.
About Our Jumbo Lobster Tails
Our priority is to our Maine-based fishing partners and suppliers. Since Maine state law limits the size of harvested lobsters to 3.0 pounds, we supplement our inventories of North Atlantic lobster (Homarus americanus) with lobsters from partners that fish in Federal waters outside of Maine territory and land their catch at various locations throughout the North Atlantic, including New Hampshire, Massachusetts and eastern Canada. These species of lobsters are the exact same in every way as our Maine-caught lobster.
Preparation
Live Lobsters are best consumed as soon as possible. You can cook lobster, boiled, steamed, baked or even grilled. Check out our
